Description of Villa Las Carmenes
Our accommodation is located within the area ofConil de la Frontera, which is a very charming town that belongs to Cádiz, where tourism and nature are two very important factors.
We have a charming villa prepared to make you discoverthe best vacations in a natural environment and with a lot of charm to make you feel at home.
As for its capacity, it is for 6 people, who will be able to enjoy everyday life among the following spaces that make up its interior:
- A spacious and very bright kitchen-dining room where the color is divided between the blue and yellow of the countertop, combined with the wood of its cabinets. You will have all the necessary elements such as appliances and kitchenware with which to cook like at home. In the center of the room, adining table with chairs, next to the office area that communicates with the living room.
- A spacious living room where you can enjoy the tranquility as it has a set of armchairs that are distributed next to the wooden furniture with the plasma television. Next to it, a wooden table with its set of chairs, right next to a rounded wood-burning fireplace.
- 3 double bedrooms and a guest room, located on the upper floor with a single bed. On the ground floor there is a double bed, and for its part, the other 2 rooms have a pair of single beds.
- 2 full bathrooms, equipped with a window.
Already in the outer areas, we have:
- Aterrace with armchairsand the best views.
- A large garden with a swimming pool surrounded by hammocks.
- A terrace with barbecue.
ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- No more people are admitted than those who have registered at the entrance, as well as no visitors. Otherwise, the rental will be terminated with no possibility of refund.
- A deposit is requestedat the entrance,in cash, which will be returned once it has been verified that there are no damages.
- Pets are not allowed.
- For the staysheets are included,but no type of towels.
