Description of Cortijo Andaluz
Our accommodation is located within the beautiful and touristy town of Conil de la Frontera, which is a quiet and pleasant space that belongs to the province of Cádiz.
It is a complete accommodation in which you will be able to enjoy the best comforts both inside, where there are a lot of rooms for your rest, and in the outdoor areas, designed for leisure and relaxation.
As for the capacity of the house, it is for 5 people, who will find inside the house the following distribution in its rooms:
- A office kitchen in which stone and wood are the key elements with which you will be able to enjoy cooking your favorite dishes without any problem. Thanks to theoffice area, with a bar, you will be able to have a perfect view of what is happening in the living room.
- The living room has great spaciousness and lots of light thanks to its windows. On one side it has the rest area, with a lot of armchairs that look towards the front where we have the wood-burning fireplace, covered in stone like the entire main front, and next to a piece of furniture with the plasma television. On the other side, a wooden table with chairs for everyone.
- 3 large bedrooms of which one of them has a double bed, while the second room has a pair of single beds, and the last one is single.
- There are 2 full bathrooms equipped in both cases with a shower (towels are not supplied). They also have a window in each case.
Already in the outdoor areas, the farm finishes completing its facilities with:
- More than1,000 meters of gardens and treesthat make it a completely private space.
- A barbecue area so you can cook outdoors.
- Thepool, for its part, will be the ideal place to enjoy a dip, or sunbathe in its hammocks.
ACCOMMODATION RULES:
*It should be noted that no visitors or more guests than the 5 registeredat the entrance are allowed. Otherwise, the stay will be terminated without refund.
*A deposit is requested at the entrance, which will be deposited in cash, and will be returned upon departure once it has been verified that the property is not damaged.
*Pets are not allowed.
* We have sheets but no type of towels in the Villas.
