Description of Villa La Gaviota
Our accommodation is located within the province of Granada, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that reigns in the town of Olivares.
It is a spectacular Andalusian-style house,, in which you will be able to enjoy all the comforts both inside, with traditional and restored elements, and outside, with good views of the natural areas.
Regarding the capacity of the house, it is for a maximum of 14 people who will find inside the different rooms that we detail, spread over several floors

It is a spectacular Andalusian-style house,, in which you will be able to enjoy all the comforts both inside, with traditional and restored elements, and outside, with good views of the natural areas.
Regarding the capacity of the house, it is for a maximum of 14 people who will find inside the different rooms that we detail, spread over several floors
:
- A very large dining room, in which the windows flood the interior with light, equipped with a rest area with armchairs, which has black armchairs that face the front where we have the plasma television. Next door, we have a large dining table with its set of chairs for everyone.
- The kitchen is a dining room, and it also has windows with exterior views. We have a worktop with cupboards where you will find the set of kitchenware elements, and also the different electrical appliances with which to cook like at home. In the center, a table where you can also eat.
- 7 spacious double bedrooms, equipped in such a way that we have a spectacular suite, while the following 4 rooms consist of a large double bed , and the following 2, each have a S1 pair of spacious single beds, with sheets and blankets.
- 4 bathrooms in total, divided between the suite bathroom, with a large bathtub, and the other 3 for shared use, equipped with shower and all of them, with several sets of towels.
- A room in the lower part that has a country kitchen, a living area with armchairs and an imposing fireplace in the corner, ideal for meeting times and having fun together.
Already in the outer , we have:
- A spacious porch with good views, equipped with wooden benches and cushions.
- A large outdoor terrace that has functional furniture.
- 2 parking areas: one in the garage inside and the other, in the private parking outside.
