Villa Felipe

Llanes is the capital of a council bathed by the waters of the Cantabrian Sea that receives the same name in the northeastern part of the Principality of Asturias. 

It is rented in its entirety and is ideal for small families since its capacity is 4 people. The rooms of this house are distributed like this:

• Akitchen equipped with wooden furniture and appliances as well as the necessary kitchenware to cook comfortably during your stay and without missing anything. 

• A bathroom equipped with a shower tray as well as having towels and a hair dryer. 

• Heating to adjust the temperature of the room to your liking. 

As for the exterior you will have:

• A large garden that will delight the little ones with its playground. 

• A barbecue area to enjoy local cuisine. 

• A private garage for your vehicle. 

It will be a great stay so that you and your family do not lack anything during your well-deserved vacation in these Asturian lands. 

To the northeast of Asturias we find the council of Llanes in whose capital this house is located. This fishing town with origins in the Lower Paleolithic, houses a tradition and that is that during the 18th century there were many weavers who were trained in this town. As a result of this, there are numerous beautiful granaries that you will find in the area. These are small buildings that were used to store food and protect it from the cold and rain during the winter. 

This town has numerous historical monuments thanks to which it has been declared a Tourist Village. In the historic center you can visit the Gothic Basilica of Santa María de Concejo or the Palace of the Conde de la Vega de Sella. Outside the walls you can walk along large paths on whose sides stand modernist houses built in the last century. 

You will visit chapels and the Paseo de San Pedro, one of the most beautiful in Spain, which extends between the beaches of the municipality giving you wonderful views as you pass. For its part, in the port you can visit the Memory Cubes, a work of art with cubes of different colors. 

If you go in summer, during the festivities, you can enjoy the typical bagpipers of the area and, in addition, you cannot miss tasting a good cheese accompanied by a glass of cider. As a family, this trip will be ideal to discover some wonderful corners of northern Spain.
