Our accommodation is located within the Llanes area in the town of Parres, which is one of the perfect towns to enjoy rural tourism in the Asturias area.
It is a traditional house, which is part of a location full of charm such as the one found within the Sierra del Cuera area.
It is ideal for you to enjoy family tourism, since its capacity is for 4 people and one more in an extra bed, in addition to having a crib service, who will be able to enjoy the following stays:
- A complete kitchen-dining room, in which we have a countertop where all the appliances and the kitchenware with which to make your favorite recipes are distributed. Next to it, a white wooden table, with its set of chairs.
- A spacious living room in which the armchairs in beige tones are distributed, facing the front where the furniture with the plasma television is located.
- 2 bedrooms, both double and equipped in such a way that one of them has a double bed, while the second has a pair of single beds, which are 1.20, and 90 cm.
- 2 complete bathrooms, where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts in terms of sanitary, where you will find the shower in each case. It even has a hair straightener and dryer.

Hello, I am Eloísa and I am the owner along with my husband of this house.
It is a typical Asturian house, which we have preserved and restored with care and care, so that a charming site is to spend the holidays, or a few days off.
Our accommodation is located in Parres de Llanes, a town full of trails to walk, forests to collect mushrooms, nuts, chestnuts or hazelnuts, with the best views of the Sierra del Cuera.
In addition, it is 1.5 km from the beaches, very well communicated to visit the Picos de Europa, Fuentede, or the old town of Llanes.
The house has all the comforts, from Wi -Fi, to discounts for other adventure activities.
In Llanes there are more than 30 beaches, almost all of them natural or seminatural. Some as curious as Gulpiyuri, the smallest beach in the world.
Also because of the orographic characteristics of the coast, we have the thugs of Pria, or Arenillas, always a show see them and hear them in revolt sea days. Because of its proximity to the Picos de Europa, it allows you to visit both the Asturian area, Los Lagos and Covadonga and the Cantabrian, Fuentede and Potes zone.
We are halfway between Oviedo, Gijón and Santader.
