Our lodging is within the zone of Llanes in the town of Parres, which is one of the perfect towns to enjoy the rural tourism in the zone of Asturias.

It is ideal for you to enjoy family tourism, since its capacity is for 4 people and one more in supplementary in addition to having a crib service, that you will be able to enjoy the following stays:
- A kitchen dining room completa, in which we have a countertop where the set of the appliances and the kitchenware is distributed with which to make your favorite recipes. Next, a wooden table en white, with its set of chairs.
- A large room where the armchairs are distributed in beige tones, that look towards the front where the furniture is with the television de plasma.
- 2 bedrooms, double rooms and equipped in such a way that one of them has a double bed, while the second has a pair of single beds, that are 1.20, and 90 cm.
- 2 bathrooms complete, in which you will be able to enjoy the best comforts regarding sanitary, where you will find the shower in each case. It even has hair straightener and dryer.

Hello, I am Eloísa and I am the owner along with my husband of this house.
It is a typical Asturian house, that we have conserved and restored with care and dedication, so that it turns out to be a charming place to spend the holidays, or a few days of rest.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
Our lodging is in Parres de Llanes, a town full of paths to walk through, forests to go to pick mushrooms, nuts, chestnuts or hazelnuts, with the best views of the Sierra del Cuera.
In addition, it is 1.5 km from the beaches, very well connected to visit the Picos de Europa, FuenteDe, or the old town of Llanes.
The house has all the amenities, from wifi, to discounts for other adventure activities.

What to do in its surroundings?
In Llanes there are more than 30 beaches, almost all of them natural or semi-natural. Some as curious as Gulpiyuri, the smallest beach in the world.
Also because of the orographic characteristics of the coast, we have the Bufones de Pría, or Arenillas, always a spectacle to see and hear them in days of rough sea. Due to its proximity to the Picos de Europa it allows you to visit both the Asturian area, Los Lagos and Covadonga as well as the Cantabrian area, FuenteDe and Potes. We are halfway between Oviedo, Gijón and Santader.
In Llanes we have festivities every weekend of the summer season, and innumerable activities the rest of the year, such as livestock fairs, the Villa de Llanes Rally, or the concentration of Vespas, and classic cars.
