Our accommodation is located within Murcia, and specifically in the area of Cartagena,, which has spaces such as Los Urrutias where you can enjoy your holidays.
It is a completely private home, ideal for you to enjoy a few pleasant days with rooms full of charm.

Regarding the capacity of the house, it is for a maximum of 8 people who will find on its different floors, the following rooms :
- A spacious dining room, in which we have a set of rest on one side, with a set of upholstered armchairs in light tones that face the front in which we have a piece of furniture with the plasma television. Behind the armchairs we have the dining area, equipped with wooden table and chairs. On one side we have glass doors with access to the outside.
- A complete kitchen, equipped in such a way that we have a very large worktop with cabinets under it where the different elements of the kitchenware are distributed, and also the electrical appliances with which you can enjoy cooking at home. In addition, in the center we have a large table with chairs where you can also eat.
- 3 complete bathrooms, in which you will find the necessary set of toilets, in addition to having a functional toilet with the basics. We leave several sets of towels for them.
- 4 spacious double bedrooms, in which you will find double beds, perfectly dressed with extra sheets and blankets and functional furniture so you can leave your personal belongings. They are quite bright spaces thanks to the windows that exist.
