This new construction hamlet is located in Zescoa, a villa bathed by the waters of the Urola River, in the province of Guipúzcoa.

This small town is located so only 30 kilometers from the center of Guipozkoa, so if you come by car it will take less than half an hour to arrive.

With a capacity for a maximum of 12 people, the hamlet is perfect for both small and large groups, since it can be rented in a way or by rooms.

In total it has 5 independent rooms:

• 3 double bedrooms: ideal for couple getaways. 

• a quadruple room: for families with one or 2 children or groups of friends. 

• A small study with your kitchen.

All rooms have bedding with pillow and comfortable cushions, cabinet and tables at night with matching lamps and latest technology television. 

In addition, they have a independent bathroom with shower, towels and toilet items included. 

Already in the common areas you can enjoy:

• wide kitchen-dining room. You can use fully equipped kitchen where there is no lack of appliance you usually have at home: refrigerator with freezer, hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Next to the appliances you will find several tables with chairs of wood in which to enjoy pleasant meals with the rest of the guests.
