Our accommodation is located within the province of Segovia, where you will be able to enjoy the best views of the Nava de la Asunción area.
This accommodation has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation, with a property where you will have all the privacy you need.
Overall, it has been designed for a maximum of 20 people who will be able to enjoy the best features inside, as well as elements that will promote the best rest.
It consists of the following rooms:
- A spacious living room on each floor, in which we have a set of armchairs in which to settle down to watch television, or enjoy the warmth provided by the wood-burning fireplace in the front. On one side, the dining area, with a wooden table and a set of chairs for everyone as well as all kinds of entertainment in board games.
- A living room with sofa beds that has books for young people. This living room also communicates with the kitchen on the first floor, which is fully equipped.
- The kitchen on the ground floor communicates with the living room, and has all the comforts. In the front, there are plenty of appliances and kitchenware so you can make your favorite recipes (there is a thermomix, paella pan, coffee makers, toaster, etc.)
On the ground floor there are the 4 rooms that will accommodate 8 people:
- GOTHIC: A 1.60cm bed.
- AQUEDUCT: 2 90 cm beds
- ALCÁZAR: 2 90 cm beds.
- DURATON: 1.35 double bed + 1 90 cm bed. Adapted for people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor there are 4 rooms, with capacity for 12 people, and consists of:
- FUENCISLA: 1.35 cm bed with small refrigerator
- ROMANQUE: 2 90 cm beds
- JAIME GIL DE BIEDMA: A 1.35 cm bed + a 90 cm bed.
- MOMAN: Bunk bed with 2 90cm beds and 2 90cm beds
- TIARA LIVING ROOM: 2 sofa beds
Outside, the house has:
- A porch equipped with a table and chairs under the gazebo that communicates with the 2 barbecues.
- A large swimming pool to enjoy dips.
- A children's leisure area.

About Araceli / Luis Miguel*, Owner of Tiara Alojamiento Vacacional
We are Araceli and Luis Miguel, mother and son who have opted for their town and a business with which to bring family and friends together in one place.
In 2013 Araceli began to build this accommodation with the hope of making a rural house. The name of the accommodation comes from the fact that her nephews called her "Tia Ara", it was a very nice name and that is how the accommodation stayed. The accommodation began with only being able to rent the ground floor and little by little, with effort, time and many people visiting us, we were able to renovate the upper part.
After some personal events, we came to live in the town and began to make a living from this work. The people of the town welcomed us with open arms and we tried to return the favor by promoting the services that the town offers and that you can take advantage of (Bars, local commerce, experiences, etc.).
Our maxim is to offer a homely and familiar feeling to all our clients and that they can feel a comfortable space to come whenever we are available. Enjoy the whole family, grandparents, nephews, grandchildren, and see how they grow and create new memories.
The accommodation stands out for the service of its owners. We believe that we try to give a feeling of closeness and many times we share time with the clients themselves to show them the town, food, learn from them and share unforgettable moments with them.
We have a large outdoor space to eat, have barbecues, use the pool, hold events, etc.
Inside we have all the comforts and utensils to cook, eat and enjoy (thermomix, kitchen utensils, recipe books, etc.).
In our town, Nava de la Asunción, we have several activities and points of interest that are worth knowing:
1. We are the town of the poet Jaime Gil de Biedma and we have several events and awards that are given to beginning writers. In addition, we have a museum that celebrates life, both the author's and his own.
2. Being a small town, the town has many services: Emergency Center, pet veterinarian, 3 supermarkets, many bars, etc. The most notable thing would be that we have a national Handball team that is participating in Asobal, "Guerreros Naveros" a team that participates in the division sharing the field with Real Madrid or Barça Handball.
3. Our town has some very interesting routes, both walking and cultural trails. The world-renowned painter "Moman" has painted many facades in the town. Anyone who visits the town can use a route provided by the Town Hall itself to visit them all.
4. Our town is located at a culturally incredible point on the map. 120 km from Madrid, 60 from Ávila, 70 from Valladolid. In the middle of the Erre de Herrero wine route and the castle route (Cuéllar, Coca etc), Mudejar museums such as Olmedo. Our accommodation, with a long stay, would allow you to visit all of this with a short trip duration to be able to see everything.

They have informed us of all the parties that were around in case we wanted to go see them. It is very good located since it has shops very close and you can walk to buy.
It is Also very close to Segovia and the Villa de Coca, I recommend going to visit both because they are incredible and the weather is wonderful. I recommend it 100%.
