The Marshall House

Our accommodation is located 2 kilometers from the town of more of the Matas. A nice town of the province of Teruel.

We are in a isolated zone, where you will have all the privacy you want. A quiet place, where you will be in contact with nature.

The 2 -storey house is intended for a maximum of 6 people. Perfect if you want to spend unforgettable days with your group of friends or family.

It consists of 70 m² distributed in 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with barbecue.

The bedrooms of the house ( one double and the other with 2 individual beds ) are perfect for resting during the night. These rooms are wide so you have no space problems. To save belongings, we have cabinets and night tables.

the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (stoves, microwave, fridge, oven, kitchen utensil) so you can cook exquisite recipes.

The dining room is intended for relaxation. It has a sofa set (sofa bed) and armchairs so you can watch television without having to worry about anything. For cold days, the stay has a firewood fireplace to liven up the place.

The bathroom of the house has all kinds of details so you can feel like in your own home. The house puts at your disposal both the bedding and the towels.

From the terrace of the house you will be able to have some wonderful views of the housing environment. At night, when we are placed in an isolated and light pollution, you will enjoy the stars that are seen in the sky.

The house has barbecue and a parking zone so that when you arrive you do not have to worry about the car.

For years we have been taking care of the last detail of the house to enjoy a few days of authentic comfort and calm. Do not think about it and come to discover this beautiful Teruel area.

more of Las Matas is a town rich in heritage. It has several places of interest that you should not miss if you come to the municipality.

These places are distributed throughout the town. Next, we are going to recommend some of these sites.

• parish church of San Juan Bautista: It has suffered 2 important destruction, but during the 40s it was again rehabilitated.
• Hermitage of Santa Flora: During the years of life, it has been destroyed and built on different occasions.
• Santa Barbara Hermitage: It had a very short life, since it was built in 1777 and was destroyed in 1840.
• Villa Casa: It was built around 1652 and has suffered abundant transformations.
• Casa Zárate: dates from the 18th century and is located on Calle Mayor.
• flour mill: the oldest mill in our area was that of Kamarón, today is in ruins.
• public laundry rooms: laundries that were made so that people could wash in the streets. The place dates from the second half of the 18th century.

In the area where we are, there are several hiking routes, where you can learn about the flora and fauna that surrounds the house. During the fishing season, you can go fishing to one of the closest rivers. 

And for motor lovers, we have 30 minutes the Motorland circuit. Where motorcycle races are held during the year.
