Our accommodation is located within the province of Guadalajara, where you will be able to enjoy all the comforts in the Uceda area.

It is aspectacular private estate where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility and comfort both in its interior spaces and in the exterior areas.

Regarding the capacity of this home, which is spread over several floors, there is space for a maximum of 7 people who will find the following rooms inside:

• A nice living room, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility in its armchairs, which are upholstered and face the front where we have a wood-burning fireplace that brings warmth to the room. Next to it we find the plasma television that is anchored to the wall.

• A large dining room, connected to both the living room and the kitchen and consisting of a robust table in the center, with its set of chairs and located in front of a glass window with the best views of the exterior spaces of the house.

• The kitchen is spacious and has a main countertop in which we have several cabinets, as well as an island in the center where you can cook with views towards the glass window, and where you will have both appliances and household items so that you feel at home.

• 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will find the entire set of sanitary necessary for everyday life, for which we leave you several sets of towels.

• 4 large bedrooms, distributed so that 2 of them have a large double bed, while the next one has a couple of single beds and in the last case, we have a bedroom with a single bed.

Already on the exterior, we have:

• A large patio in which the dining table is located next to the barbecue area so that you can also enjoy cooking outside the house.

• A very large extension of gardens where you will find a solarium area with hammocks and a large swimming pool where you can cool off in summer.

Our accommodation is within the Uceda Zone, which is a space in the Guadalajara province in which to enjoy your free days.

It is a space full of charm in which you will be able to do a lot of things to know both the green areas and the heritage that is close.

Our accommodation is only 50 meters from Madrid, and also has a lot of green areas that you can know thoroughly using the hiking and mountain routes.

• The church of Santa María de la Varga.
• The remains of the Castle of Uceda.
