- Bathroom: a full bathroom with washbasin, WC and a great shower with shower tray with glass blocks as a screen.
- Living room: This spacious living room has the X2 high ceilings of triangular wood, where the luminosity makes an appearance. In this room, shared with the kitchen, we find a large very comfortable black chaise longue, fluffy cushions, a wooden coffee table and a very modern fireplace. There is also a TV flat screen.
- Kitchen: this is in a room shared with the living room. Here we find all kinds of appliances such as ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave extractor and a bar with armchairs, perfect for a good breakfast or snack in the middle of the afternoon.

Sourroundings of Quinta Sevi
