Description of Quinta Sevi

This rural house of Canarian rustic architecture is located in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, in the northern part of the island of Tenerife. It is a house with beautiful sea views where you can enjoy the pleasant trade winds that run the island all year round. The location of this house is perfect for sea and mountain lovers who will find in the north of the island the perfect mix of both.

In the house, more than 150 years old, it can accommodate 4 people who will find in the house several rooms distributed in:
  • 2 double bedrooms: both bedrooms have large double bed in spacious, bright rooms with a very careful decoration with walls in ocher tones that combine with the color of the bed linen and furniture.
  • Bathroom: a full bathroom with washbasin, WC and a great shower with shower tray with glass blocks as a screen.
  • Living room: This spacious living room has the X2 high ceilings of triangular wood, where the luminosity makes an appearance. In this room, shared with the kitchen, we find a large very comfortable black chaise longue, fluffy cushions, a wooden coffee table and a very modern fireplace. There is also a TV flat screen.
  • Kitchen: this is in a room shared with the living room. Here we find all kinds of appliances such as ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave extractor and a bar with armchairs, perfect for a good breakfast or snack in the middle of the afternoon.
  • In the exterior we have a solarium where we can find a water fountain and stone benches.
  • We also have a pool with stairs available to guests, accompanied by beautiful sun loungers, ideal for summer use.
  • An area of ​​ barbecue under a small porch where, in addition, we have an area with wooden tables and benches, ideal to taste the dishes that are cooked in this barbecue, sink, 2 hot plates and a fire extinguisher.

Sourroundings of Quinta Sevi

Tenerife is an island that has everything from paradise beaches of black and white sand, mountainous areas, deserts and areas of lush vegetation. Icod, meanwhile, is a small town north of the island, a place that is characterized by being greener than the south of the island, where visitors can marvel at the old town, recognized as Well of Cultural Interest.
