- 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are of standard size, although they have a double bed and a pair of twin single beds, respectively, while the third would be a double extension with a double bed. All of them have large closets where we can store our belongings during the stay without problems. These rooms have exterior projection and have large windows , which guarantees that they can enjoy good natural lighting throughout much of the day.
- The room is a spacious and bright space with direct access to both the ground gardens at the front and the backyard, all through large glass doors that benefit from the lighting of the room with an abundant amount of natural light. In this room we can find a set of dining room for 6 people. At the opposite end of the room is where we find the typical resting corner, which here becomes extraordinary, with a large comfortable chaise-longe located in front of a wide-screen television. The prevailing decoration in this room is of an eclectic modernity with tropical motifs.
- The house has 2 full bathrooms, both have shower cabins of good size, in one case one of these is open format. In addition, of course, they are equipped with the basic sanitary elements of a toilet.
- The kitchen that takes advantage of a nook in the same room as the living room where it spatially solves its service, arranging its furniture in an "L" shape, in which all its very complete equipment is integrated electrical appliance and storage space where the pieces selected as household items.
- On the outside of the farm, we are welcomed in the entrance space, a typical garden of dry land, with cacti and volcanic gravel. On the other side of the property, as if skipping the entire house, we find a beautiful backyard with a swimming pool and several solarium spaces, as well as chill-out corners configured with designer garden furniture.
