The house has a modern and elegant atmosphere and decoration that contrasts with the exterior since the facade is made of stone, giving it a rustic style. The distribution of the rooms and the elements that compose them have been studied in detail to optimize the spaces.
The building, which can be rented as a whole or as apartments, is made up of 2, and each of them has 2 floors, with the capacity to accommodate 4 people. It has 4 bedrooms, all on the upper floor, 2 per apartment, and a bathtub with sink in each of the rooms.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with large windows, a very comfortable sofa and a television, as well as a fireplace and a table. Next to the living room, there is the kitchen, equipped with appliances and cooking utensils, and a toilet.
Outside there is a small patio in which the floor is made of artificial grass and includes a round trampoline and a small inflatable pool to cool off on the hottest days of summer.
