La Cañada Real

This rural house is located in Sigueruelo, in Segovia.

It has capacity for up to 7 people and is ideal to go with family and friends.

The house is composed of:

• 3 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, another has 1 double bed and a single, and the last one has 2 separate beds. An extra bed can be added with the double bed. In addition, the house has 3 private bathrooms, one in each room. The bathrooms have a hydromassage shower column. And all rooms containtelevision.

• A kitchen with an American bar that shares space with the living room. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances to create a more than pleasant stay. The living room has a flat screen television where you can watch football together, for example. 

Outside there are:

• A barbecue to make a good barbecue that you can taste

Other services that the owners offer are the following:

• Heating in case you come when the cold hits.

• Free WiFi to surf the net.

• Crib available for babies under one year old.

• Bed linens and shower linens.

This rural house has many places of tourist interest in the area due to its location.  

It is about 40 minutes from Segovia capital. It is more than advisable to go there, since the city is beautiful. Sepúlveda is another of the cities in the area that you should visit.

Regarding places gifted by nature itself, we recommend that you visit the Riosequillo and Riofrío reservoir. And you cannot miss the Hoces del Río Duratón Natural Park, a wonderful place that will enchant you.
