This accommodation is located within theCommunity of Madrid, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that reigns within the Venturada area.
It is a fully equipped home and within a private estate where you will be able to enjoy all the comforts, and where you will be able to spend some of the most pleasant days with your loved ones.
As for the capacity of the home, it is for a maximum of 18 people who will find among its different floors the following rooms that we detail:
- A large living-dining room space that also has a lot of light thanks to its large windows. In the center, we have the resting environment that consists of a set of armchairs that face the front where the plasma television and the wood-burning fireplace are located. To one side, you will find a dining area with a table and plenty of chairs.
- A spacious and equally bright kitchen-diner in which the countertop is located, which is L-shaped, and with several wooden cabinets in which you can enjoy a set of kitchenware elements and appliances with which to cook like at home. In the center, we have a functional table where you can have breakfast.
- In total the house has 4 bathrooms, one of them inside one of the bedrooms and the rest for common use. They are equipped with the necessary set of toilets such as the shower or bathtub respectively, as well as several sets of towels at your disposal.
- 6 large bedrooms, distributed so that half of them have a large double bed, while there are 2 more that have 2 double beds in each one and a last space in which we have a Queen Size bed of 1.80and a single bed. Some of them have access to the terraces above.
Once outside, you will find:
- A saltwater pool, of generous dimensions. It is a perfect oasis to relax. It has a beach area ideal for children or for sunbathing and an elegant solarium with hammocks and a solar shower with hot water.
- As we say, some terraces on the upper floor, with views of the rest of the property and the reservoir.
- A large porch at the entrance, equipped with table and chairs, as well as some sun loungers.
- Lawn area separated from the patio, where you will also find a barbecue.
