Description of Los Laureles I
In Urda, south of Toledo, we can find this rural complex located on a 1000 m2 farm.
This house is rented in a full way and has a maximum capacity of 24 people.
In addition, it has the following characteristics:
- 10 bedrooms with heating and air conditioning, in addition to v entanas that give abroad and bathroom. The rooms are distributed in several buildings a few meters from each other. In the main building there are 5 double bedrooms and 2 triples. In the house we have 2 double bedrooms with permission of supplementary. And in the wooden house there is a double room with a possibility of 2 supplementary. All are decorated with a very simple classic style that is characterized by complete wooden furniture. Each room has a totally equipped bath with shower, hair dryer, heating and towels.
- Hortelano House: specially thought out for meetings of family and friends. Outside this building you can enjoy yours outdoors, chat on its wooden porch overlooking and with a bar chamber or in the area of b arbacoa and wood oven with a picker with vegetable shadow.
- dining room: we also have a broad dining room who can enjoy energy breakfast reserving previously.
- exterior: The house is surrounded by wooden porches, beautiful gardens with exterior furniture and children's games area. In summer you can refresh and sunbathe in the external pool enclosure and in winter relax in our 4 -seater jacuzzi. In addition, we have parking zone, garden and farm with animals.
The owners live in a part of the complex. Our home is independent and is found in one of the plants of the building where there are only rooms. In this way, the reuinion zone is remote so that the groups do not have to worry about noise. As good amphontions, we take care of the farm and keep the animals, the pool and gardens in optimal conditions and we will be delighted to help our customers to make their most pleasant stay.
