Description of Lo Raconet de la Plaça
Our rural house is in Calaceite, a village of the region of Matarraña (Teruel).
The house has 4 floors, distributed in different ways. In total it has a capacity for 20 people, spread over 7 rooms distinct.
It is a old farmhouse, dating from the XVIII century, although it has been restored in 2004. However, the stone arches and the old stables are still distinguished and conserved. They also draw a lot of attention their large windows of rustic style facade.
The location of the accommodation is ideal, since it is located in the heart of the town, in the same Plaza Mayor. Given its height, you can see all the town and admire the beauty of the arcades and arches of the place.
On the ground floor there is the café from our house. It is a very well-kept establishment, which combines rustic and modern elements, as, for example, the original stone walls and a very innovative shelving, wavy and methacrylate. Here we offer service terrace, where you can meet and enjoy the life and activity of the people. In addition, we serve a special vermouth: the Vermouth of Raconet.
In all our accommodations there is heating and air conditioning for all stays. There is also internet access with WiFi throughout the house. In addition, we offer the customer a wide variety of table games.

In our house, on the floor above, the room, there are 2 double rooms. They fit 2 people in each.
These are very charming bedrooms, since they have the attic roof and with wooden beams on the outside. They have a double bed.
Each one is decorated with a color protagonist, blue and orange respectively.
It has rustic wooden windows that occupy the entire front wall and that allow, due to the height of the room, to see the whole town and the landscape. Also, looking towards them, there is a small area like living room, with hammocks and a coffee table.
There is also television.
Both have a bath, separated from the room with a partially opaque glass wall. This allows you to enjoy privacy without losing the concept of open space.

Sourroundings of Lo Raconet de la Plaça
Calaceite is a village located at Teruel. Its urban center has been declared Historical Artistic Monument, thanks to its beauty and patrimonial wealth and its cultural capital. It consists of different constructions typical of the architecture of Aragón XVIII century. The main monument is the Baroque church of the Assumption. On the other hand, civil buildings also stand out, such as the Town Hall (next to our accommodation) or the Casa Moix.
Juan Cabre, archaeologist born in this municipality, has a museum in his honor in Calaceite.
Very close to the village, you can also visit the archaeological remains of the Iberians, distributed in several sites: town of San Antonio, town of Tossal Redó and Els Castellans.
In terms of nature, for those who like to walk is the via the green of the Val de Zafrán, although there are many more routes to choose from.
