Description of Las villas del Ponton
We are in Trescares, a small town of white houses and green landscapes located in the Council of Peñamellera Alta, in the Principality of Asturias.
The town is north of the Picos de Europa National Park, less than 20 minutes from the beaches of the Cantabrian Sea, and to an hour of Oviedo and Gijón.
The interior of the house respects the traditional architecture: wooden ceilings, walls with seen stone, wide windows... all completed with the most modern equipment.
To adapt to the needs of small and large groups, we have divided the house into 2 accommodations: the right side, and the one on the left.
Each accommodation has capacity for a maximum 6 people and has independent access, which will allow you to have absolute intimacy.
Both are distributed in 3 levels:

- On the ground floor is the room, with chimney and kitchen integrated into the same space. From him, you will have access to a covered terrace, from which you can see the Cares river.
- The first floor is dedicated to rest: there is a room with marriage bed, 135 cm, and a second with 2 individual beds 90 cm. In addition, it has a bathroom complete.
- In the attic you will find a cozy Abuhardillado space, where 2 individual beds are located and rustic furniture for luggage. In this stay, you can incorporate an extra bed.

We present the first of our accommodations, in which inside you will discover:
- Living room with integrated kitchen, a warm space decorated with light colors and wooden furniture. It has appliances and utensils de cooked, television for movie evenings, and dining table for banquetes.
- Covered terrace, with wicker furniture for you to rest while watching the river Cares.
- 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed y 2 with single beds. One of them is located in the attic, while the other 2 are located on the first floor.

In our second accommodation you will enjoy the following stays:
- Living room. A space characterized by amplitude and luminosity, with large windows that will allow you to enjoy the nature of the exterior. The kitchen is open to the living room, finding in it all the necessary for day to day.
- Covered terrace. In this outdoor space you will find garden furniture, chairs and side tables, so you can take advantage of the environment to the fullest.
- 3 Double rooms. On the first floor you will find 2 rooms ( one double and one with 2 beds ); in the attic, the third is located, with 2 single beds.
- Bathroom. You will have a shower with screen, as well as basic cleaning equipment.

- If you love outdoor sports, we recommend you make the Cares Route, one of the most beautiful paths of the Picos de Europa. It crosses the throat of the Cares river, which is why it is also known as the divine throat.
- Among the beaches are that of breast, located in the municipality of the same name, or that of La Franca, within the Council of Ribadedeva.
- In just 25 minutes you will reach San Vicente de la Barquera, a fishing village where you will observe a dream landscape that mixes the green of the forests with the intense blue of its waters.
