In a small town that is called Torazo (province of Asturias), there is a rural house where you can enjoy nature, tradition, and comfort.

The house is renovated to adapt to the current century; However, it respects its original architecture, which highlights the use of wood.

It is a perfect house for large groups with capacity for a maximum of 10 people (2 in supplementary bed). Its interior is distributed in 2 levels. 

Let's start knowing the Ground Floor:

• living room. In this stay, the chimney becomes comfortable, placing comfortable sofas to warm up the heat of the fire while enjoying movies in the television, read one of the books of the library, or enjoy the banquets at the dining table.

• cuisine. In contrast to the decoration of the living room, the kitchen is designed with more modern touches, wearing white and metallic colored appliances. Among them, you will have washing machine and dishwasher, as well as complete utensils.

• full bathroom. In the toilet of this plant you will have a wide bathtub in which to submerge between bubbles and relax your body to the maximum.

In the upper floor, you will access:

• glazed gallery. In this space you can contemplate the nature that surrounds us regardless of the time it does. One of the most special corners of the house. 

• 4 bedrooms. Of these, 2 have 135 cm marriage bed, while the remaining ones have 2 beds of 105 cm each. You will have bedding and furniture for luggage and, in some, you will find a balcony with garden views. 

• equipped bathroom. In this bathroom you will have a standing shower, in addition to the essential equipment for day -to -day hygiene.

Outside, you will enjoy a private garden of 3,000 meters2, full of birch, oak, and fruit trees. In it, you will also have:

• covered porch, from which to observe the rain falling.

• barbecue, to cook and eat outdoors.

• parking, to have the car by hand.

One of the strengths of the house is its great location: from it, you will wake up every morning with views to the Sierra del Sueve and the imposing peaks of Europe, and all this surrounded by tranquility and silence.

In a few minutes you will arrive at the center of Torazo, a town full of rural architecture houses whose charm has earned him a position in the list of the most beautiful peoples in Spain. 

Among the excursions you can do in the surroundings are:

• Rodiles Beach, just 20 minutes away.

• the towns of Lastres and Ribadesella, where you can combine nature tourism with gastronomy and cultural routes. 

• the cities of Gijón and Oviedo, both at less than half an hour.
