Our accommodation is located within Asturias, an ideal environment for you to enjoy all the comforts in the Parres de Llanes area.
It is about a spectacular accommodation in which you will be able to enjoy all the comforts, and where you will find natural landscapes full of charm right in front of the accommodation.

As for the capacity of the accommodation, it is for a maximum of 10 people , who will find the following rooms on its different floors:
- A very large lounge space, with 60 meters and several environments, in which we have on the one hand, an area of armchairs that form an L and are oriented towards a large window that faces the front in which we have the Parkland. To the side, a relaxation space in which there is a rocking chair in front of a space full of books in what was an old fireplace. In the third environment we find an original round wooden table with low chairs around it.
- The kitchen is a dining room and has an L-shaped worktop in which you will find a set of kitchenware elements and also electrical appliances with which you will be able to cook at home. On the other side of the office area we find a side table , perfect for breakfast.
- 5 spacious double bedrooms, equipped in such a way that 4 of them have a large double bed , while the last one has 2 single beds with extra sheets and blankets and with spaces full of light since they have windows towards the garden or exterior. Of all the bedrooms, 2 have a bathroom with a shower.
- There are 2 bathrooms, in which you will find all kinds of sanitary ware for which we will leave you some sets of towels for your comfort.
- A small reading room on the third floor, where you will be able to relax and disconnect with the stories in the books.
Already in the exterior, the accommodation has:
- A large terrace where you will find furniture such as the table and chairs, along with the sofas and a portable barbecue in the same space.
- Large gardens through which you will be able to walk.

Our owner Paula, a set designer by profession, wants to share her home with all those who come to Llanes to see this beautiful corner of Asturias.
The house is located in a rural environment away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by fields and 1 minute from the forest.

The house is located 2km from Llanes with direct access to the roundabout (avoid traffic jams) that takes you to all the places of interest in the area, as well as the 30 beaches of the council.
