Las Siete Encinas

Our accommodation is located within the province of Madrid, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that reigns in the Sevilla La Nueva area.

It is a spectacular home with more than 400 meters of private plot where you will be able to rest and disconnect in a quiet and perfect environment to spend a few days with your loved ones.

It has a total of 3 floors that distributespacious rooms full of charm, so that you can carry out your daily life up to a maximum of 25 people, who will have:

• A spectacular living room in which we have the set of white armchairs that look towards the area where both the wood-burning fireplace and the plasma television are located. In addition, from here you can access the outdoor areas. Next and in a different space, we have a large dining table with chairs.

• A complete kitchen, in which you will be able to do your daily culinary work since it has plenty of appliances and kitchenware with which you will be able to make all those recipes that you like so much. It is an office type and on the other side there is a round white table with its set of chairs.

• 7 bedrooms of which 4 have a pair of single beds, while the 3 remaining have a double bed as standard. There are quite a few extra beds with which you will be able to enjoy the total capacity of the house.

• 6 full bathrooms of which 5 of them are part of the bedrooms, and the one that remains is a common bathroom in the house. In all of them you will find several towel sets.

• A games room and study in the attic, which also has television and armchairs.

Already on the exterior, the house consists of:

• Alarge porch in which we have the set of chairs and tables in which to sit and enjoy the good views.

• Portable barbecue and the pool next to the porch, in an L shape.

• A spectacularly large garden space where the children will enjoy the toys, and you will enjoy a walk.

It is aquiet space in which the hustle and bustle of the center does not appear anywhere, so you will be able to enjoy disconnection during your days off.

Among the green areas, we encourage you to discover the terrain through the set of hiking and mountain routes that are distributed throughout the area.
