Our accommodation is within the province of Madrid, in which you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that reigns in the area of Seville La Nueva.
It is a spectacular house with more than 400 meters of private plot in which you will be able to rest and disconnect in a quiet and perfect atmosphere to spend a few days with yours.
It has a total of 3 plants that distribute wide rooms full of charm, so that you can make your day to day until a maximum of 25 people, that they will have:
- A spectacular dining room in which we have the white armchair set that look towards the area where so much are the fireplace fireplace, and the television plasma. In addition, from here you can access the external areas. Then and in a differentiated space, we have a large dining table with chairs.
- a complete kitchen, in which you will be able to make your culinary day to day since it has appliances and household items. It is office
- 7 bedrooms of which 4 of them have a couple of individual beds, while the remaining 3 have a standard way, a marriage love. There are enough supplementary beds with which you will be able to enjoy the total capacity of the house.
- 6 complete bathrooms of which 5 of them are forming part of the bedrooms, and the one that remains, is a common bathroom in the house. In all you will find several towels.
- A game room and study in the attic, which also has television and armchairs.
Already in the exterior, the house consists of:
- A spacious porch
- portable barbecue and the pool next to the porch, in the form of L.
- A spectacularly wide landscaped space where children will enjoy toys, and you walk.
