This rural house is located in the town of Cadalso de los Vidrios, in the province of Madrid about 80 kilometers from the city of Madrid and a few kilometers from the provinces of Ávila and Toledo.
Our establishment is rented entirely, with capacity for a total of 8 adults and 2 small children. The house is located in a typical stone house with2 floors.
In it we will have the following rooms:
- A room with 2 single beds. It is a room with attic ceilings. It has 2 night tables on each side
- A room with 2 single beds. The linen of both bedrooms is matching. The beds have a nightstand in the middle
- A room with a double bed with 2 nightstands on each side, on the nightstands there is a lamp. It has a built-in wardrobe
- A kitchen with ceramic hob, exterior window, sink, refrigerator, microwave, etc. It is a room with wooden finishes on the furniture
- 2 bathrooms with a bathtub with wooden finishes. It has a screen, WC and sink with a large mirror
- Aliving room with designer sofas with wooden structures. It has a flat screen TV with wooden floors and stone walls.
- A fireplace in the living room
Outside there are:
- A porch with an iron table and chairs from the same set, ideal for having a good snack
- A garden with barbecue with grass floors

I am an engineer I like life in the town, walk through the field, ride a bicycle and take care of my vineyards.
As entertainment, I manufacture my own wine from which I like to enjoy friends.
It is a house that, although it is newly construction and has all the current comforts is made with stone and wood giving an old appearance.
It is inside the town of Cadalso de los Gidrios on a very quiet street, but with all the services very close.
Well, Cadalso de los Gidrios is a town very close to Madrid but far enough.
The town is surrounded by pine forests, vineyards and olive groves with a multitude of walking routes. In addition to the Renaissance Church is the Palace of the Condestable Álvaro de Luna, of Renaissance style.
Very close to the bulls of Guisando, Valle del Tiétar and Sierra de Gredos.
Cities like Ávila, Toledo and El Escorial are also available, in less than an hour of travel.
