This rural house is located in the town of Cadalso de los Vidrios, in the province of Madrid about 80 kilometers from the city of Madrid and a few kilometers from the provinces of Ávila and Toledo.

- A room with a double bed with 2 night tables on each side, on the bedside tables there is a lamp. Has a built-in wardrobe
- A kitchen with a ceramic hob, window to the outside, sink, refrigerator, microwave, etc. It is an age with wood finishes in the furniture
- 2 bathrooms with bathtub with wood finishes. It has a screen, WC and basin with a large mirror
- A living room with designer sofas with wooden frames. Has a flat screen TV with hardwood floors and stone walls
- A fireplace in the living room
- A porch with iron table and chairs of the same set, ideal to have a good snack
- A garden with barbecue with grass floors

It is a house that, although it is newly built and has all the current comforts, is made with stone and wood giving it an old look.
It is within the town of Cadalso de los Vidrios in a very quiet street, but with all services very close.

Well, Cadalso de los Vidrios is a town very close to Madrid but far enough away.
The town is surrounded by pine forests, vineyards and olive groves with a multitude of walking routes. In addition to the Renaissance church there is the Palace of Constable Álvaro de Luna, in the Renaissance style.
Very close to the Guisando, Valle del Tiétar and Sierra de Gredos bulls.
Cities like Ávila, Toledo and El Escorial are also within reach, in less than an hour of travel.
