Description of Las Colmenillas
This newly built house is a perfect accommodation for those visiting the Sierra de Grazalema. With a maximum occupancy of 8 people, it has a swimming pool, barbecue and a large garden area.
The house, with a modern structure and layout, has:
- 2 double bedrooms, with double beds.
-1 bedroom with two single beds.
- Marriage attic.
- 3 full bathrooms (2 inside the house, and 1 of them in the pool area).
- Kitchen with breakfast bar and fully equipped.
- Spacious living room with comfortable sofas and fireplace.
It is located in a well-kept garden property, which you can enjoy in the 2 porches, one of them front and one at the back, both furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy the surroundings.
In the garden, we also find the outdoor barbecue, which allows visitors to cook outdoors and have lunch by the pool.
Our pool, measuring 11x5 meters, has a tiled curb and a large grass area surrounding it. Sun loungers, chairs and an umbrella complete this space.
We have private outdoor parking inside the property. In addition, we make all the necessary equipment available to tenants, such as sheets, towels... etc.
Thanks to the equipment of this rural house, you can enjoy it both in summer and winter, since in addition to the fireplace, the accommodation has central heating and radiators.
