The house is located 4 kilometers from San Martín del Tesorillo, surrounded by other farms with orange trees and nature in general, and next to the Guadiaro River which gives its name to the valley that surrounds the area.

The accommodation is ideal for groups of friends or families, with a maximum capacity of 10 people, to come and enjoy nature, the tranquility and the melody of the birds, and explore the area in search of hidden and spectacular places.

The interior of the house is decorated with great care so that all guests feel comfortable during the time they spend in the accommodation.

We have a large 45 m2 living room as soon as you enter the house, with a fireplace to create a warm atmosphere. You can also enjoy a good movie on the 55" inch television with access to Netflix. It also has Free WiFi and all rooms are air-conditioned.

Next to the living room, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need and household items. Likewise, the bathrooms are also provided with sets of towels and shower gels for all our guests.

Regarding the bedrooms, we have 3 that include double beds. Among them, the main one stands out, which is recognized because it has a chimney inside. Additionally, if you need more beds, we have a double sofa bed and 2 single beds.

We will be happy to receive groups of friends or families with babies and they can request a crib playpen to install in one of the bedrooms, a hammock and a small bathtub especially for them.

The outdoor area of the house has elements so that both adults and children can enjoy. To start we have 300 m2 divided into 2 spaces: a covered terrace with garden furniture, tables, chairs and sofas to relax and eat outdoors and a solarium.

You will love lying down to contemplate the landscape or simply read a good book on the loungers and bathe in the pool whose size is 12x6 meters in which you will stand on the sides even in the deepest areas.

In this outdoor area we also have barbecue, paella pan, private parking.

The house is in the Guadiaro Valley, whose name comes from the river that runs through it. It is located 4 km away from the town of San Martín del Tesorillo. In the area you can find its most famous and commercialized products: oranges.

In addition, the Sotogrande urbanization is located less than a quarter of an hour away by car, so you can visit the natural area of ​​the Guadiaro River estuary, the delta of the river and the Torreguadiaro beach.

And if you have free days left to continue sightseeing in the area, Gibraltar is 30 minutes from the house. It will be an ideal opportunity to learn about the rock and the history of this British colony.
