Our accommodation is located in the center of Rascafría, an environment in which to enjoy the tranquility in the Community of Madrid.
It is an accommodation full of charm, with several floors in which all the necessary elements are distributed to make you feel at home.

Regarding capacity, it is a house designed for a maximum of 8 people who will find inside the following rooms :
- A pleasant living-dining room right next to the kitchen, which has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and facing the front where we have the furniture with the television. Next to it is the hydro-stove that will provide warmth to the dining area and the rest of the rooms in the house, with a wooden table and chairs.
- A complete kitchen, American style and with a office area that communicates with the living room. Inside, its U-shaped structure distributes a worktop with cabinets where you will find all the elements of the kitchenware, and also the electrical appliances with which you will be able to enjoy the best recipes.
- 2 large bathrooms, in which you will find a set of toilets among which are the sinks in the furniture, and next to which we have a shower in the corner, with several sets of towels.
- 3 spacious double bedrooms, distributed so that 2 of them have a large double bed, while in the third case, we have a pair of single beds, with extra sheets and blankets and functional furniture.
Already in the outer, we have:
- A large patio, equipped with awning.
- Functional furniture such as the table and chairs, as well as a rustic barbecue.
