La Sargantana Turismo Rural

This spacious house is located in Santa Cruz de Nogueras, Teruel and has everything you and your family need for a break with family or friends.

It has a capacity of 10 people who can use their 5 double rooms, these have:

A double bed equipped with bedding, wooden furniture such as a chest, coat rack, armchairs, 2 bedside tables with wall lamps, all have wooden windows overlooking the mountain that combine perfectly with the wooden ceiling beams. They feature tiled floors, sockets near the bed for your convenience.

This house has 3 bathrooms equipped with shower, bidet, wooden furniture, hairdryer and toiletries.

The distribution of this house is done on 2 floors; In the first you can find the living room with a 3-seater and 2 single sofa, it also has a coffee table and decoration in stone. In this same room is the modern fireplace located under the stairs that lead to the first floor.

Passing the chimney is the dining room with a long wooden bench and 4 chairs so that all of the family can fit, a few meters away, is the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, and Cookware.

Going up the stairs you will have access to the first floor where the 5 attic rooms are located attic, the living room equipped with a 2-seater sofa, 2 modern rocking chairs, a small fireplace, the flat screen television and the wooden dining room with room for 6 people.

Outside you can find the garden, the barbecue and a porch with table for 4 people to spend a summer afternoon with the family.

This house is in a natural environment that allows it to become a place of peace, however that does not mean that there are no activities that you enjoy to the fullest.

• Sierra de Oriche: This alignment mountainous has natural landscapes and rivers such as the Nogueta that during its route is surrounded by extensive vegetation such as ash or poplar and its natural paths are ideal for walks with family or friends, and take advantage to capture in photographs the wonderful colors of this natural landscape painting.
• Sierra de la Virgen de Herrera: This construction of the XVII and XVIII century, has a central square and a hermitage of a single raised ship in 1504.

In addition and due to the nature surrounding this house, you may do outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.
