La Parrilla

The rural house is located in the municipality of Olvera, belonging to the province of Cádiz.

It is a chalet that has been recently renovated to include in all its facilities, both indoors and outdoors, all the comforts to provide our guests, a maximum of 10 people, a unique experience.

It has some outdoor areas that consist of a large swimming pool that is surrounded by its garden, where you will find outdoor furniture. In this area we have also included, for the fun of the little ones, a sandbox with swings that forms the children's leisure part.  Finally, a barbecue where you can cook outdoors and then, on theporch, sit down to eat on the furniture we have included.

Regarding the interiors, on the main floor there are:

• A fully equipped kitchen where you can find a perfect place to cook since it has all the appliances at your disposal; It also has a small table that provides functionality. Between the cabinets under the granite countertop, the kitchenware and cutlery are located.

• A living room that has a huge wooden table and an area of facing sofas. In the corner, a wood fireplace that will provide heat in that winter season, for which firewood is provided. There is also a cabinet with the rest of the dishes and a television.

• A single bedroom in which one person can sleep with total privacy and independence. It is equipped with a nightstand and bed linen included.

• A toilet common to all guests with the basics for daily personal hygiene

On the upper floor they are distributed:

• A dining room in which the spotlight is divided between the large dining table, made of wood, with a large set of chairs and, on the other hand, the wood-burning fireplace that separates the rest area, which, in this case, consists of 2 sofas facing each other and a piece of furniture with the television.

• A bathroom that is complete, with a bathtub, toilets and a sink cabinet on which the room's mirror rests. 

• 4 double bedrooms of which 2 have a double bed next to which the 2 nightstands are located. 2 of them also have access doors to the terrace, which has views of the exterior common areas of the house. A fourth bedroom in which you will find two comfortable single beds completes this floor.

Finally, add thatwe do accept pets.

Our rural house is located in the municipality of Olvera, within the province of Cádiz.

Located in an environment far from the urban area but very well connected to it, it is presented as a quiet area that encourages rest and disconnection.

If we move to the center of the municipality, we can discover the combination of cultures and coexistence in its buildings; A perfect proof of this is the Arab castle, whose walls have been up for several centuries; It is there where the history of this area of Cádiz can be discovered by its tourists.

As for the natural landscape, the peaks of the Sierra de Cádiz stand out on the horizon, noticeable from any point of our accommodation since we are located on the Greenway of this mountainous area.
