La Morera de Agustina

Our accommodation is located in Villanueva de Carazo, a town that belongs to the province of Burgos.

It is a house that has 2 floors on a property in which there are green spaces outside, for the recreation and fun of our guests.

Due to the characteristics of the home, a maximum occupancy of 9 people is allowed inside, with the last one sleeping in an extra bed.

The rooms are as follows:

• A dining room on the first floor where 2 areas are concentrated; The rest area is occupied by a set of armchairs that rest on one of the main walls, facing the wood-burning fireplace that is located on one side and next to the furniture that supports the plasma television. From here there is direct access to the terrace since There is a sliding glass door. Behind, a huge wooden table where you can eat comfortably.

• A complete kitchen that is structured in a U shape with a countertop under which the spaces where we have placed the crockery and cutlery are distributed. In addition, a wooden cupboard completes the furniture. The basic appliances for everyday life are also present. It consists of a window on the main front and, on the other side, a hole open to the common areas mentioned above.

• 2 bathrooms that are complete, one of them being adapted for people with reduced mobility. Towel sets are also available.

• 4 bedrooms that are distributed equally on the different floors. On the lower floor, there is a room that is also adapted for people with reduced mobility, integrating a large room. A couple of them have 2 single beds and the rest have a double bed. Those located on the upper floor are in the same space and complete with bedding.

• A huge terrace composed of garden furniture that opens the views precisely to the green areas where you will find a barbecue and decorations that make this space a very pleasant area.
