Description of El Hayedo
The Hayedo is a old pajar of the s. XVIII, completely renovated in 2008, which is located in Pineda de la Sierra, Burgos, region of the Sierra de la Demand
From the original construction its structure is partially preserved: its ground floor, very wide of 180 m², and a upper floor that is divided into two areas between which are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, of which three are marriage and one double with two individual beds.
With regard to the occupation it is 8 people.
In the lower part of this spectacular rural house we find a corrora that is divided into several environments:
Outside the rural house, we can find a garden where a huge table with chairs has been placed to enjoy the barbecue. Also in the garden there is a space reserved for a small Huerta.
All decoration of the rural house consists of antiquarian furniture with the aim of preserving the rural essence of the old haystay.
The house is fully equipped tamto in rooms, bathrooms and kitchen.

In the environment you can enjoy the natural mountain area (A approx. 1,150 m of altitude), since the house is located in the skirt of the Pico San Millán, where it crosses the Arlanzón River and that flows into the reservoir homonymous.
200 meters from the house, is the Vía Verde that borders the reservoir and that is curiously located in Pineda de la Sierra.
