- A nice dining room that has a pair of armchairs facing each other in which you can settle down to enjoy a relaxing time while you watch the plasma television that is on the brick shelf that has the wood fireplace, which occupies the entire front of the room. Among the sofas, a stretcher table that doubles as a dining table.
- The kitchen communicates with the living room, and has a dark-colored countertop and white furniture under it, equipped with appliances and plenty of kitchenware so that you can enjoy cooking as you would at home.
- There are 3 bedrooms that are distributed so that one of them has a double bed, with the possibility of integrating an additional single bed, the following 2 rooms have a pair of single beds and one of them, it is also possible to integrate a single bed.
- A spacious bathroom with all kinds of amenities and toilets to make you feel at home and relax, as well as having different towel sets.
Already in the exterior, we have:
- A large porch with a bar counter equipped with stools and a plasma television.
- A barbecue area for outdoor cooking.
