Our rural house is in the quiet town of Villanueva De Colombres, a place where you can let yourself be surrounded by the beautiful Asturian nature and enjoy an incredible holiday in the north.
Although it follows the traditional style of the old homes in the area, it has been renovated with the most current modernities. Thus, its 100 m2 interior is made up of rustic facilities but full of comfort and with capacity for 7 people. The house is articulated with stairs and has 3 different levels:
The attic:
The first floor:
The other room has a pair of twin beds located next to a mirror wardrobe and with nightstands on the sides where you can leave your essentials at any time. On the other hand, the sockets are close to the headboards and the lamps facilitate nighttime reading.
The ground floor:
Once outside, your pet (if you have one, please let us know in advance) can run around the grass while you enjoy a refreshing drink or a coffee on the terrace. The best? The barbecue is one of the strong points of summer.

- At the top of the house there is a very cozy corner, naturally illuminated by a skylight and wooden ceilings that follow the original structure. Here you will find the perfect place to disconnect, with a desk suitable in case you need to do some work and a sofa bed to rest inside.
- There is a very complete bathroom with sink, toilet and essentials that we have left at your disposal. The shower is surrounded by a screen, ideal if you want to relax after a long day.
- One of the bedrooms is also upstairs, equipped with two single beds and everything you need to relax on comfortable mattresses and elements that will improve your stay.
The first floor:
- 2 Bedrooms, both with large closets to store clothes and luggage, which also include ironing accessories.
The other room has a pair of twin beds located next to a mirror wardrobe and with nightstands on the sides where you can leave your essentials at any time. On the other hand, the sockets are close to the headboards and the lamps facilitate nighttime reading.
- A bathroom with a modern shower that you will be looking forward to going to and then going down to dinner or going for a walk in the surrounding area. The towels are on us and the marble furniture creates a suitable set ready to welcome you.
The ground floor:
- It is integrated into an area where the fluidity that combines two key spaces stands out: on the one hand the kitchen, where you can develop your culinary skills with the help of the appliances and the kitchenware. Includes a oven, basics and a tableware with which to serve the result. The countertop extends along the wall and one of the advantages is that it has the good lighting that provides the exterior exit.
- The breakfast bar separates it from the living room, which begins with a dining room where you can share the after-dinner meal, have fun with some board game or discuss what your next excursion will be. Further ahead there is a set of armchairs that surround a central table, their placement favors communication between you and they are also next to a flat screen television. From here you will access the garden.

Villanueva de Colombres is a town that is characterized by the natural charm that surrounds it and the tranquility of the countryside. It is framed by the mountains of the Sierra de Cuera, which leaves us with some dream places near Llanes for an excursion:
- One of the most beautiful beaches is Playa de Torimbia. You have to leave the car in the small parking lot next to the viewpoint and go down a dirt road.
