Locatedin the heart of Llanes, this modern apartment is part of a holiday building that does not skimp on services and will give you an experience full of comforts among the beautiful Asturian surroundings.

From its terrace you can admire the mountains, enjoy the luminosity of the entire home or simply rest with friends or family inside, since its capacity is 5 people maximum.

• It is quite spacious, 100 m2 that will welcome you while you plan your next adventure. The heart is the main area in the living room, a large L-shaped sofa oriented in front of a flat screen TV. The best? The collection of moviesthat you will have at your disposal, as well asbooks and musicto play in the background or dance with the children.

It follows a very elegant style, chosen in detail with light carpets covering the floor and a large window that overlooks the terrace. It is appreciated, because not only will you have a private space where you can get fresh air, but you will also have great lighting inside. In winter it will provide warmth, which you can complete with the blankets that we have left.

• The kitchen is integrated into the living room, very modern with ceramic hob to prepare delicious homemade cuisine. The gray countertop holds the necessary accessories and appliances so you can get around easily, while the kitchenware and tableware will provide that special touch to serve those delicious dishes. Next to it, the dining room, perfect for sharing.

• Before going to the rooms, the hallway includes a dressing table with a mirror to give you the finishing touches before leaving or leave your keys so you don't lose them. In total there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.60 x 2 m and the other with two singles of 90. Si lo necesitáis durante vuestra estancia, existe la posibilidad de añadir camas supletorias.

The most spectacular thing about these spaces are the incredible views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the mattress.Why? The windows have taken the place of the walls and the result is two very cozy rooms. Painted in white, they also have built-in wardrobes and terraces where you can go out for a cup of coffee.

• There are also 2 bathrooms that, in addition to the basic one, have a bathtub or shower for cleaning and even a double sink to improve comfort. The kitchenware is adequate: hair dryer for unruly hair, towels and essentials for each of you.

• In general, the terraces have chill outs where you can sit comfortably and chat while you admire the mountains and the town. In summer it is fantastic to dine under the lights.

This building is a smoke-free space so smoking is not allowed. To move between the different floors you have an elevator and at the reception you can request tourist information so you don't miss anything about Llanes.

Our accommodation is in a stolen location, of course you will not get bored during your northern vacation. Located in the heart of Llanes, it has close the most outstanding places of the municipality, as well as different routes that flow into its natural environment.
