This house is located in the Sierra de Gredos, more specifically on the outskirts of the town of Navaluenga, less than a kilometer from the town center, which belongs to the province of Ávila. It is an area completely immersed in the foothills of the Sierra mountains where you can fully enjoy the nature of this environment and its views without having to leave your home.
It is a house with capacity for 50 people, distributed in 12 rooms and located on a farm with a plot of land of 20,000 square meters. Outside, the property has a spectacular private and fenced pool, with several covered porches with tables under the shade so you can enjoy the fresh air at all hours of the day without being bothered by the sun. There is also awood-burning barbecue located very close to the entrance with the kitchen, if you prefer to eat inside.
Inside the house has:
- 12 rooms with different layouts and number of places. These bedrooms are triple and quadruple, and combine double beds with single beds interchangeably, making a total of 12 double beds and 26 single beds of 90. The quadruple rooms also have their own bathroom. All rooms have all the necessary bedding depending on the season.
- 7 bathrooms in total, including 4 of the quadruple rooms. Some of these bathrooms are for common use by the entire house and some of them are adapted for people with reduced mobility. In the bathrooms you will find all the towels you will need.
- Fully equipped American-style kitchen, it has everything you need to cook as well as large tables and chairs so you can all eat at the same time.
- Living room with wood-burning fireplace and several sofas that offers seating for everyone. In the living room you will find various games to alleviate the most tedious moments.
The house is perfect for large groups but it will never be shared with other people, even if you do not cover the number of places. The price will vary depending on the people who come. Inside the estate there is space to accommodate about 15 cars, so when you come, do it with the whole family or friends. In our house there is room for everyone.
