Description of La Espiga I y II
Our rural houses are located in Grajera, a municipality located in the extreme northeast of Segovia, about 80 km away from the provincial capital.
The houses are new construction, but they are built following the traditional style of the region, and using wood and country utensils in their decoration.
They are located in the same building, although they have independent access. In each of them, you can stay a maximum of 13 people.
They are distributed in a similar way, dividing the 200 meters2 of their interior into 2 levels.
On the ground floor, you will find the following rooms:

- Kitchen, where you will find a complete set of appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave... everything you usually have at home, you will also have here.
- 3 Rooms, in which double beds are mixed with single beds.
- 2 Bathrooms, with equipment and toiletries.
- Terrace, an outdoor space where you can breathe the fresh air, cook your favorite dishes on the barbecue, or sit and enjoy reading.
- 2 Rooms, some of them with sloping ceilings that create an ideal atmosphere for rest.
- Full bathroom, equipped with everything necessary for personal hygiene.

- The church of San Vitores, a beautiful baroque-style temple building.
- The Roll of Justice, a monument declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.
- The Hoces del Duratón Natural Park, a protected area where the calm waters of the Duratón River flow between limestone rock canyons. It is also one of the most visited places to observe griffon vultures.
