This house is located in Sepúlveda, it has a living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom and 2 patios, front and rear. The latter is located next to a picnic area that has a barbecue. You can stay up to 6 people in the house.

The living room is a large space divided into two different areas. On the one hand, the living room, with 2 armchairs where 4 people can sit. A small wooden table is placed between them, and in front of it another wooden piece of furniture with shelves and drawers on which the television is located. In the corner, next to the window, is a closet with two doors, one on top of the other. 

The dining room has a long table, with capacity for 8 people. To its side, guarded by two small brick walls, is the chimney, black and closed.

The kitchen is equipped with a number of items:

• Antique and electric oven. The first is black, a classic oven with a small door and decorations that gives a unique personality to this room. 
• Microwave. Ideal for making quick preparations.
• Dishwasher. The tedious task of washing up after each meal will not be a problem. You can use the time you save on many other things.
• Central round table. For quick meals or to have breakfast comfortably and in company. 
• Extractor hood. Very useful to avoid filling the kitchen with smoke or steam when you are cooking. The window above the countertop will also help with this. 

From the kitchen you can go outside to the backyard. After climbing the stairs you can reach the picnic area, an area with a table and chairs to eat after using the barbecue to have a good barbecue. 

The front patio has a stone path at the entrance with plants that leads to a porch with a table around which you can sit in garden chairs. 

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, one single and 2 doubles. The beds, which have a length of 1.35 meters, are individual. All rooms have tables and wardrobes to make your stay more comfortable and practical. In addition, they also have heating to sleep without being cold in the winter months. The windows, with wooden doors, give a lot of light to the bedrooms.

You are in Sepúlveda, a place where no visitor wants to leave without seeing the beauty offered by the landscapes of the natural park where the Duratón River is located. This tributary forms the well-known hoces, a natural paradise where animal species such as griffon vultures live. 

However, this is not the only thing that can be seen in the town. The art of Sepúlveda does not reside only in its nature, there are also great examples of Romanesque buildings. This is the case of the sanctuary or some churches. The most important point is the square, where people gather and the town hall and the clock on its façade are located. 

Gastronomy is another of its strong points. You should not miss trying the roasted lamb that is prepared in the restaurants in the area, as well as the pintxos offered by the bars in the square. The ties, sweets sold in bakeries and pastry shops in Sepulveda, are another of its best delicacies.
