La Cuadraá

Rural house classified with 5 stars by the Junta de Castilla y León, located in Linares de Riofrío (Salamanca), in the Sierra de Francia, it has a large stone patio in front of the house to enjoy the mountain air and the good weather.

La Cuadráa can accommodate between 10 and 12 people in5 double rooms: 

• 4 rooms with two single beds each measuring 1.10-1.20
• 1 room with double bed
• 2 extra beds

There are also cribs available to customers. It has 2 very spacious and comfortable bathrooms with all the essential accessories and a terrace with spectacular views of the Sierra de Francia.

The property is divided into 2 floors and has adjustable heating with a thermostat available to the client. You can enjoy 2 living rooms, one dedicated to a dining room with television, and the other with very comfortable sofas for 10-12 people, plasma television and a beautiful stone fireplace.

The house does not lack detail, it has abundant furniture, complete household items, including crockery and glassware. Nor could we miss the ceilings with wooden beams and white paint that give the house that beauty and warmth that you look for when you take a rural getaway.

You can enjoy a beautiful patio with a semi-covered barbecue, built all in stone, as well as a table with chairs and an umbrella to have an aperitif in summer and protect yourself from the sun. As you can see, it is ideal to go with your family if you have children or with a group of friends and take your pet if you wish.

The town, located in the region of the Sierra de Francia-Quilamas, has all the necessary services so that you do not miss anything and here you cannot miss the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, the Town Hall, the Plaza Mayor, the hermitage of Buen Suceso, etc. 

It is worth visiting some of the surrounding towns:

• Guijuelo, famous for acorn-fed ham (27 km)
• Candelario: small, old town with very characteristic architecture. Its wooden balconies and batidoors stand out (43 km away)
• La Alberca, with a beautiful main square, declared a Historical-Artistic Site (30 min away).
