La Chimenea de Soria II

In 2007 we built this beautiful accommodation in the town of San Marcelino mirror. It is a large plot that houses a 2 -story house in which there are 2 apartments, on the ground floor and on the first floor, with the Internet.

They can be rented independently or together, they have a common area, the great garden and of course everything that entails.

The house is rustic style, it can be reflected in the facade but also inside. The furniture is made of wood and carry certain color notes that give some modernity to the house. In addition all the devices are very current so your stay in our house will be unbeatable.

To the second home, the chimney of Soria II, which is located on the ground floor, we will access through a patio and from there we will find a very complete accommodation:

• A equipped kitchen perfectly with appliances suitable for cooking your favorite dishes in the best way. The whole kitchen has beautiful small white tiles that give a beautiful sensation to the wall and that complement each other very well with the wooden furniture. We are going to find an ideal table to be able to gather you all to eat.

• The lounge is also of clear tones. With several sofas, a television and a small furniture, in this case we have a pellet stove that lets you see the fire and is very ecological. It certainly creates a very beautiful atmosphere and the atmosphere is very cozy.

• As for the rooms, we have a total of 4. One of them has a double and one individual bed, another bedroom has 2 individual beds, and finally 2 rooms with 2 double beds. A lot of space for everyone to feel at home. The beds are already lined with sheets and blankets and also have a lot of light that comes from the outside of the house.

• There are 2 bathrooms that are very complete. They have sink, WC and a shower. The cabinets have the ideal space to place your cleaning things and there are also available and clean towels for all of you.

Outside the house there is a wide garden that is responsible for surrounding the entire plot. It has an area destined for a merender that we have created. With stone roof inside there is a table and banks, in addition to a barbecue also of stone. We also have a protected picnic that has all the rustic elements that were formerly used, it is a delight to make meals in this part of the house. A playground closes this part of the house. Slides and swings so that the little ones are always very entertaining while you rest in these beautiful vacations.
