La Chimenea de Soria II

In 2007 we built this beautiful accommodation in the town of Espeja de San Marcelino. It is a large plot that houses a 2-story house in which there are 2 apartments, on the ground floor and on the first floor, with Internet.

They can be rented independently or together, they have a common area, the large garden and of course everything that entails.

The house is rustic style, it can be seen reflected on the façade but also in the interior. The furniture is made of wood and has certain notes of color that give the home some modernity. In addition, all the devices are very modern so your stay in our house will be unbeatable.

We will access the second home, La Chimenea de Soria II, which is on the ground floor through a patio and from there we will find a very complete accommodation:

• A kitchen equipped to perfection with appliances suitable for cooking your favorite dishes in the best way. The entire kitchen has beautiful small white tiles that give a nice feel to the wall and complement the wooden furniture very well. We are going to find a suitable table so we can all get together to eat.

• The living room is also in light tones. With several sofas, a television and a small piece of furniture, in this case we have a pellet stove that lets you see the fire and is very ecological. It certainly creates a very beautiful atmosphere and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

• As for the rooms, we have a total of 4. One of them has a double bed and another single bed, another bedroom has 2 single beds, and finally 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. The beds are already covered with sheets and blankets and you also have a lot of light that comes from outside the house.

• There are 2 bathrooms that are very complete. They have a sink, toilet and a shower. The closets have the ideal space to place your toiletries and there are also clean towels available for all of you.

Outside the house there is a large garden that surrounds the entire plot. It has an area for a picnic area that we have created. With a stone roof inside there is a table and benches, as well as a barbecue also made of stone. We also have a protected picnic area that has all the rustic elements that were used in the past, it is a delight to make meals in this part of the house. A playground closes this part of the house. Slides and swings so that the little ones are always very entertained while you rest on these beautiful vacations.

We are in the province of Soria, specifically in the town of Espeja de San Marcelino, a perfect place to get to know the famous Lobo River Canyon. A true monument of nature, inside which, among so many caves and wild areas, we can see the hermitage of San Bartolomé.

Soria is characterized by the number of castles that were historically very important and that today remain beautiful ruins that give the landscape a very special charm and are places of frequent tourism. An example is the Gormaz Castle, of Muslim origin built in the 9th century, it was a very important fortress for Muslim defense against the Christian kingdoms. Another important castle is the Ucero Castle, a defensive construction that is in the town of Ucero and is on the bank of the river of the same name. And so on, endless places that you can visit in the numerous towns in the province.

If we decide to go for a walk through the capital, we must take into account the prominence of the Duero River, which we can see passing under the well-known Stone Bridge, whose construction dates back to the 12th century. We can also go to its Plaza Mayor and walk through all its streets.
