Description of El Molino de Bretún - Casa Garduña
We present this beautiful accommodation found in the province of Bretun, in soria.
It is a old mill of which we have respected its walls and part of the architecture, but that we have rehabilitated also to give it greater utility. The result has been the creation of 2 beautiful houses in the midst of nature that will allow you to completely disconnect from the noise of the big city.
Our second accommodation is the smallest, but it is the one that retains the most. It is divided into 2 plants very well distributed and is perfect for a few days as a couple.
On ground floor is the room which is a cave, the walls are original and what has been achieved is that between natural light so a perfect corner is created for rest. The bed is large and is already equipped with sheets and blanket
The bathroom is inside the bedroom and has shower, sink and WC. All with a modern decoration with color touches. It also has a furniture to save your cleaning products, and we have also left the towels available for tenants.
In the upper floor we find the cuisine that is perfectly equipped with appliances so you can cook. All furniture is made of wood and makes it a very cozy stay. We also have a are the room of being with seats, TV and chimney, it is a place of the house with beautiful views abroad and that having a very brightly luminosity roof. Another area has a dining table where you can prepare beautiful evenings with perfect views.
In the exterior of the house we have a wide garden, it is common to the 2 accommodations that we have, in the case of renting them together, you could have it completely. You can enjoy the Merendero area with traditional stone oven and also the seats that are to be able to sunbathe.
