La Casuca de Espinaredo

In the Asturian village of Espinaredo is the place on which this charming traditional village house sits. Built with one purpose, to bring visitors closer to the natural wealth of the landscape, the accommodation is perfect for a couple's getaway .

Su facade combines stone with the yellow hue of its walls. It is characteristic for its gabled roof and its wooden windows that make it a very bright house with beautiful views of the Sierra del Bedular .

Its interior is distributed in 2 floors , being the ground floor destined to the living area and the kitchen . It is about 2 well differentiated spaces but at the same time communicated as there are no architectural barriers. Fully equipped, it is the fireplace, built in brick, the protagonist of the room, making the living room the favorite place to spend winter days indoors.
Next to the living room area and at the entrance of the accommodation are the stairs that go up to the upper floor.
Already on the first floor , there is the double bedroom and the bathroom. The first is spacious, bright and with a decoration in which wrought iron and wood materials stand out. Finally, the bathroom, a large space, equipped with a shower tray and all the necessary elements for the visitors' toilet.
Although we only have one room, you can come 2 other people if you wish, since we have at your disposal a sofa-bed.

The outside is a perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy the views in summer. It is a small fenced patio that houses the barbecue in addition to the garden furniture necessary to spend the day surrounded by nature.
The rural house has central heating .

If something characterizes Espinaredo is the presence of traditional elements that formerly had a use and today are part of the decoration and identity of the town. Those are the granaries and you can find them if you walk through its streets.
Just 30 minutes from Piloña, is the council of Villaviciosa . Here visitors can enjoy the Asturian coastline and spend the day on one of its wonderful beaches. Extension of fine sand and clean water you will find in Rodiles or Bowls , up to a viewpoint to contemplate a panoramic view of the coast you will find in La Ñora .

There is no self-respecting Asturian getaway without visiting the Picos de Europa , a natural gateway to landscapes and towns of enormous beauty, including the Lagos or the Sanctuary of Covadonga.
