The rural accommodation, has its exact location to the municipality of Cavandi, which, in turn, belongs to the province of Asturias.

The house has:
- A fully equipped kitchen, in a space common to the remaining leisure and rest rooms, occupying one of the main walls, preserved in the natural material of the original construction. Its wooden countertop has a series of cabinets in its lower part, among which Cooking elements essential for cooking, such as the appliances or the kitchenware and items of complete dinnerware.
- A dining room, right next to the kitchen, located right next to a stained glass window in amber and in a space where the dining table is the protagonist. With 4 accompanying chairs, although you could expand your capacity, with the chairs that are distributed throughout the room.
- A room, perfectly equipped, communicated with the 2 previous stays but in a more intimate area thanks to the window. It consists of several sofas that rest on the stone of the walls and, the whole set is oriented towards the television area, which is located on a rustic wooden furniture.

Our rural house, is located in one of the surroundings of Asturias, more picturesque. Within the village of Cavandi is located, belonging to the area Peñamellera Baja, where the landscape is a gift for the senses.
