The rural accommodation has its exact location in the municipality ofCavandi, which in turn belongs to the province of Asturias.

This typically Asturian home has been rebuilt and remodeled, now housing, inside, a series of amenities that our guests can enjoy.

Its old walls, made of natural stone from the area, rise on 2 floors, thus being able to accommodate a maximum of 8 people, spread comfortably throughout all its facilities.


The house has:

• A fully equipped kitchen, in a common space with the remaining leisure and rest rooms, occupying one of the main walls, preserved in the natural material of the original construction. Its wooden countertop has in its lower part, a series of cabinets between which the essential kitchen elements for cooking are mixed, such as the appliances or the kitchenware and elements of complete dishes. 

• A dining room, just after the kitchen, located right next to an amber stained glass window and in a space in which the dining table is the main element. With 4 accompanying chairs, although its capacity can be expanded, with the chairs that are distributed throughout the room.

• A living room, perfectly equipped, connected to the 2 previous rooms but in a more intimate area thanks to the stained glass window. It consists of several sofas that rest on the stone walls and the entire set is oriented towards the television area, which is located on a rustic wooden piece of furniture.

• 2 complete bathrooms whose white tile coating with blue details gives way to the toilets and furniture, as well as its bathtub, protected by a curtain. For our guests, several sets of towels are included to facilitate daily cleaning during the stay.

• 3 double bedrooms, all of them on the upper floor of the house, divided into 2 double bedrooms and a last one, with 2 single beds. In all of them, the wooden headboard, made with a wide strip of old wood, has been anchored to the stone walls that go from the floor to the ceiling, both parts made of wood. In addition, furniture elements such as night tables or wardrobes have been installed that provide the necessary functionality to these spaces that, without a doubt, invite you to rest with that rustic and cozy atmosphere that the sloping ceilings give. Sheet and blanket sets are also included.

Already outside, our house allows guests to enjoy the outdoors thanks to its large garden that opens up the panoramic view of the traditional meadows of the area. Our rural house is located in one of the most picturesque surroundings of Asturias. It is located within the village of Cavandi, belonging to the area of Peñamellera Baja, where the landscape is a gift for the senses.

Whichever way you look, this small village has as its main smell the green of its extensive meadows, among which some native trees are mixed. Furthermore, since it does not have a large population, it is very easy to rest in an environment where silence and good views are king.

As if this were not enough, Asturian gastronomy, rich in spoon dishes and queen of the well-known Asturian fabada, will surprise you and will surely leave you wanting to return.
