This rural house is located between the exuberant nature typical of Asturias and the tranquility of one of its towns, Sotres de Cabrales. A perfect combination in which silence reigns to completely disconnect from problems and enjoy the impressive scenery of Los Picos de Europa.
Recently restored to guarantee maximum comfort, but respecting the traditional architecture to maintain charm, the house has 2 heights that are structured as follows:

- Inside the first floor there is a small living room to relax reading a book on the sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs and a space of kitchen with new appliances, including washing machine for total comfort.
- Upstairs is the double bedroom with 2 beds of 1.05 meters, a pleasant attic room with wooden ceilings and large windows from which to admire the green surroundings. If you prefer, you can also watch a movie on the television from bed or feel the heat of the wood stove while you have tea. The room is fully furnished and has drawers and wooden gallant to leave luggage.

- The house has bathroom equipped with shower and heating in all rooms.
- Outside, a porch with a circular table ideal for breakfast in good weather.
