In Arafo, a town in the northeastern area of the island of Tenerife, we find a cozy rural house.
The municipality of Arafo is at the foot of the Natural Park of Las Siete Lomas, at about 28 kilometers from Santa Cruz de Tenerif e, so locating it will be very simple.
The construction of the house dates from early XIXth century. Reformed from top to bottom to adapt to current needs, retains its thick original walls made with stone and mud.
The house consists of about XX 170 square meters divided into 2 floors, allowing you to comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The decoration of the living room has been thought to the millimeter: the paintings that hang from the walls and the details as the vases and flowers fill this space un character and unique personality.
- A kitchen. The kitchen countertops fuse with the tiles creating a pleasant environment for cooking. In the kitchen you will have ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher ... and all kinds of utensils. In addition, a round table with chairs to eat.
- 3 bathrooms. So that everyone can clean up without the pressure of someone waiting, the house has 3 full bathrooms with shower or bathtub, washbasin with mirror and toilet. In them you will also find towels.
- A roof . From the top floor you will access a private roof terrace with garden furniture, a perfect place to enjoy summer nights.
