La Casita de Colmenar

Our accommodation is located within the Colmenar de Oreja area, in which you will be able to enjoy the closeness with Madrid, but at the same time, disconnect in a quiet environment.

It is a house designed to relax and to enjoy of the family or friends, in a private plot in which you are going to have a large time too.

As for its capacity, it is for 6 people although it can be expanded until the maximum of 8 people, that will be able to disconnect among the stays that we will detail below:
 

• a kitchen with a dining table auxiliary in white, such as the rest of the cabinets. It has a set of appliances and the household, so you can enjoy doing your favorite dishes.

• the living room is a dining room, and has a set of armchairs on the one hand, next to which the forge chimney is found black, and a wooden furniture with the television plasma. In addition, it has a furniture with decorative details. Next, the dining room area, with the wooden table and the chairs.

• 3 double bedrooms, the first one has a marriage bed and a 105 bed in addition to having a room of integrated bathroom, equipped with a shower. The second room consists of 2 individual beds of 90 and in the third room, we have 3 beds of 90.

• 2 bathrooms in total, in which you will find all kinds of sanitary for which we leave you several games of towels.

Already in the external areas of the house, we have:

• An area with booth in case you want to make a meeting or celebration. It has a living room with kitchen, a chimney for the winter months and a toilet as well as several games to have a large time.

• In addition, you can enjoy an area to refresh your pool with Roman ladder.

• You can also enjoy a rich barbecue and eat in the picnic area, which has tables, chairs and shadow to enjoy a pleasant meal. Or if you prefer, also have a dinner.

• In the green areas you will find space to park up to 3 cars, basket and pingpong but it is that, in the common areas of the urbanization, we have tennis and basketball clues, as well as with restaurants.

*The house is completely accessible to people with reduced mobility and has all the elements (ramps, sufficient width on the doors for wheelchairs or bars), so that you all feel comfortable.

Our accommodation is within Madrid, but away from the stress of the center of the capital, allowing our guests, rest quietly.

We talk about the town of Colmenar de Oreja, an area with a space in which tranquility, nature and tradition remain deeply rooted.

Among the green areas, you can enjoy the different options that the land has, which is also known as Vega Route.

The urbanization is located on the Colmenar from Ear Aranjuez road. The situation is ideal for visiting emblematic villages of the Community of Madrid such as Chinchón 10 km and Aranjuez 12 km.  just 20 min from the Warner Park.

• bars and restaurants.
• sports facilities.
