Description of Higueras
This rural house is located on the outskirts of Madrid, just 1 hour from the capital by car, we are located in a municipality adjacent to the Community of Madrid, more specifically in the northwest zone of the region near the beautiful Sierra de Guadarrama.
It is rented in full and its maximum capacity is 6 people being ideal for families or groups of friends. The rooms you have are:

bedrooms is very broad and luminous with walls painted in different colors. They have a closet with mirrors whole body glued to the wall, a lamp with fan and tv of flat screen.
- We have a bathroom broad fully equipped with towels and with bathtub.
- A cuisine equipped with the appliances and the household you need to make your best dishes. We also have fridge, oven and dishwasher for your comfort. The kitchen has furniture of blue and white giving a more familiar touch to the entire room.
- A living room with a comfortable armchair 5 seats brown. You will also find a sofa-skill with capacity for 2 people. You will have a table of wood and the television not to lose your movies favorite. Finally, it should be noted that you will have pellet stove and wifi throughout the house.
As for the exterior you will have:
- A porch
- Large landscaped area with pool exterior in which to play with the little ones, bathe in the pool and sunbathe. (consult when it opens)
*The visits of people who are not in the contract are prohibited, video surveillance 24h to tickets.
** In the pool enclosure they cannot enter pets.
*** The bond is done through bank transfer 2 days before of the entrance and is returned by bank transfer at the output.
**** No reservations are admitted less than 2 days in advance.
