La Caseta del Carrer Nou

We present our rural house , which is anchored in the town of Sant Jordi.

What today is a comfortable and curious rural house, restored but retaining the old construction, in its inception was Casa de Campesinos; hence its peculiar distribution.

Designed in 2 plants, it has a capacity for a maximum of 6 people.

On the first floor there is a ladder to access the living room and the kitchen, with all kinds of small and medium appliances for daily use. The room has a chimney-star. in a small corner, in addition to the typical sofas and coffee table. Both rooms are separated by an American bar.

A hall is then extended to a marriage room totally furnished with rustic style furniture, a full bathroom and one last attached room.

In the second floor there are:

- A laundry room that combines ancient utensils with a current washing machine.
- A bathroom also complete.
- 2 bedrooms. one of them with a marriage bed, and the last of the house, with an individual bed.
- terrace-solarium overlooking the sea and furnished with sun loungers; A comfortable stay from which to enjoy the air of the coast.

Rural house equipment:

• heating central.
• air conditioning.
• animals are admitted.
• There are parking outside the house.

Sant Jordi is a town that is just over 10 minutes from the coastal towns of Vinaròs, Peñíscola and Benicarló, and their corresponding beaches and, in addition, where cultural tourism offers a wide range of possibilities.

The most peculiar of our people is possibly their entrance door.

Another point of tourist interest for its historical legacy and its connection with the Aragon crown, is the people of Morella, place that houses the exceptional strong, just 50 km.

In general, all the villages that make up the Baix Master's region house a large heritage with respect to castles, walls, churches, or for their patron saint parties.
