We present this fantastic rural house with space for 8 people, who can sleep in its 4 double bedrooms.
The house is located in a beautiful area of Jaén, in Pontones, which is part of a beautiful and large natural park. Therefore, you can enjoy beautiful views and landscapes from the accommodation.
This is divided into 2 floors. It has a large outdoor patio and garden areas around it. As for the interior, you will find the different rooms:
- The living room consists of a large armchair and a table with several chairs. The television is hanging on the wall and is accompanied by a DVD.
- The fireplace presides over the room. It is very large and can heat and decorate the room with the light of the flame.
- The kitchen is open, only delimited by a breakfast bar and its countertop, with a wooden finish and an 'L' shape. It is very well equipped, with its stove, oven and also a microwave.
- At the entrance of the accommodation you will find a large space where, in addition to the stairs to the first floor, you will see the large dining table, with a rectangular shape and black chairs around it.
- There are 3 rooms in the house. There are 2 of them with double beds, in addition to their furniture, including wardrobes and bedside tables, there is also a living room with a single bed.
- There are also 2 toilets, one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
You can even enjoy a large viewing terrace, with outdoor furniture from which to enjoy the wonderful mountainous landscape and valleys around.

It is a comfortable accommodation, with all the equipment, with an interesting rustic decoration, fresh for the summer and well prepared for the coldest stations. The beautiful views that can be seen from the accommodation itself and in general the treatment and quality we try to offer all the travelers who visit us.
The Walks to the Collado de Martín Cano and the Birth. The different excursions that can be done from the village itself: descend to the tail of the tranco, visit to the old village of Maja La Vaca and Las Zordillas, the route to the water cave, the car excursion that covers the entire northern part of the park where we are, etc.
Sourroundings of La Casa de la Luz
Pontoons in the name of the town where our great accommodation is located. Here you can enjoy spectacular landscapes, since the town is part of the great natural park formed by the Sierras of Segura, Las Villas and Cazorla.
Inside there is another natural park, the Sierra de Castril. And they also have a reservoir, the del Tranco, where you can see the Head of the Vineyard, which is the name given to a small and beautiful island located within.
A river also passes next to the town, leaving beautiful places in its wake, the Segura. You can even see the nativity and take a bath in the natural pool that is formed.
And since we are in Jaén, don't forget to try typical dishes, like the delicious migas ruleras or, if you prefer sweet, the borrachuelos.
