La Casa de Arenas

Our home is located within the province of Valladolid, where you will be able to get to know in depth the town of Llano de Olmedo, a typical town on the Castilian plateau.

It is a very pleasant space, where you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest, with complete, perfectly equipped rooms.

In terms of capacity, the househas been designed for 34 people between the 2 houses, although it can be expanded, and you will enjoy the following rooms inside each of them:

• A spacious living room, in which we find a set of armchairs that face the front where the television is located, which will provide you with moments of relaxation.

• A dining room connected to the living room. It has a wooden table, surrounded by a set of chairs, so you can eat quietly, in the heat of thewood-burning fireplace.

• 7 double bedrooms, of which 5 of them have space for 2 single beds, and the possibility of an extra bed, the next one, with a bunk bed, being ideal for the little ones in the house; andlastly,one with a double bed.

• 7 bathrooms, whichbelong to each of the bedrooms, and which have all the comforts, so that you feel at home.

• A SPA room, which is the ideal place to disconnect, with a sauna and hydromassage.

Already in theouter areas, we have:

• Alarge garden, with its gazebo.

• Aporch with dining area, and a barbecue.

• The pool.

Our home is located within the area of Llano de Olmedo, which is a very pleasant space that belongs to the province of Valladolid.

As for the natural areas, it should be noted that they are distributed around the home, providing the best views and a discovery of natural species.
As for the possibility of getting to know them, do not rule out doing the different hiking and mountain routes that are scattered around the surrounding area.
