Description of La Antigua Taberna
Our accommodation is located in Nieva, which is a charming town where you will find all the comforts within the province of Segovia.
It isa charming accommodation, in which you will find great spaciousness since it is a home for large groups that will find all kinds of comforts.
As for the capacity of the accommodation, it is for a maximum of 15 people, who will be able to enjoy the following stays, all of them well structured in:
- A large kitchen in which we have a stone countertop and white cabinets where you will find all kinds of appliances and kitchenware with which to enjoy the best recipes made by yourself, and communicating with a large dining area.
- A living room with a dining room area, whose wooden table has chairs for everyone and is connected to the kitchen. In the background, a living area in which we have a set of upholstered armchairs in which you can enjoy relaxing moments while watching your large television next to the fireplace, and where there is access to the outdoor areas. We have Canal+ with the sports package.
- 6 large bedrooms which are distributed so that 4 of them have a large double bed, while the fifth has a double bed and a single bed, and in the last case we have a double bed and 2 single beds in the same space.
- 8 bathrooms in which you will find a shower, and where we will leave you several sets of towels so that you don't have to worry about anything.
- A games room in which there are games such asair hockey, foosball or pingpong, as well as a sofa area with television and board games. We can't forget the most fun thing: the pedal cars with which to go for a walk around the town.
Already on the exterior, we have:
- A large landscaped patio, where we have complete furniture and a round barbecue that everyone falls in love with.
- Aspectacular swimming pool next to which thesolarium area is located.
- We have an electric vehicle charger.

I am from Nieva, and this accommodation is a house with history in my town. It was built in 1945 and for decades it was the tavern where my countrymen met every afternoon when they returned from their tasks in the field.
When rehabilitating it we wanted to preserve that essence: the original façade and the rural architecture of the area, with slate, adobe, brick and wood. And we equip it with modern furniture and all the comforts, so that the groups that come feel at home.
We like to keep an eye on each group: we give you all the information you need before and during your stay, and we recommend wineries, restaurants and plans in the area.
It is really designed for large groups that want to be together. It is always rented entirely, for up to 15 people, so the house, the pool and the garden are only for your group. It is ideal for family reunions, anniversaries, silver and gold weddings, birthdays or a weekend with friends.
The six bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the ground floor and the garden are adapted for people with reduced mobility, with ramps at the entrances. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room has room for the entire group.
The games room has karaoke, billiards, table football, table tennis, air hockey, darts, console and board games. Outside there is a private pool with solarium, round barbecue, outdoor fireplace and ATVs and cars to ride.
And it is in the Plaza Mayor of a quiet town, 32 km from Segovia and an hour and a half from Madrid.
