- 2 shared bathrooms more, in which you will find all kinds of sanitary, as well as various sets of towels so that you can enjoy all the comfort.

We are three brothers the owners of these houses that back in 2016 we decided to exploit it as a vacation home. It was always a very familiar house and, to keep it that way, what better than sharing it with guests. We take care of her with great affection and we always look for that family and happy spirit to prevail in the house.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is a family accommodation with large rooms all with bathroom and dressing room included as well as with mountain views. The common areas are also spacious to enjoy with friends or family in the warmth of the fireplace or enjoying the wonderful views that the house has of the hermitage of Hontanares, Puerto de la Quesera and La Pinilla.
It is a house that is very well equipped and does not lack detail for your enjoyment.
What to do in its surroundings?
Near the house, a 5-minute walk away, is Riaza, a town with a very beautiful historical complex, contemplate the arcaded Plaza Mayor, its typical streets, its houses, its balconies and its arcades supported by stone or wooden columns that sheltered the townspeople from inclement weather. Its square, which sometimes hosts events of all kinds, from bullfights to cutting contests, dances, popular festivals and other events.
Around Riaza is La Pinilla, the Puerto de la Quesera and the Hayedo de la Pedrosa, nearby is also the hermitage of Hontanares and from the Mirador de las Peñas Llanas which is also known as the Mirador de Castilla, on clear days one you can see five different provinces: Burgos, Guadalajara, Madrid, Soria and Segovia.
