Our accommodation is within the province of Segovia, in which you will be able to enjoy a very complete experience in the people of Riaza.
It is an accommodation within a private estate in which you will be able to enjoy the best vacations, and where you will have the best comforts.
As for the ability of housing, it is for 16 people, although, through the supplementary beds, it can increase its capacity to the maximum of 22 guests, that will be able to enjoy 4 floors with the following rooms:
- A spectacular dining room, in which we even have library. On the one hand, we find the rest area with its armchairs, all upholstered and in an area with several windows with views. In front is the firewood fireplace, which brings warmth to the stay, next to which the television is located. - A buchardilla in which you will find numerous games, as is the case of the ping pong table among others.

- a landscaped space in which we have games such as the soccer or elastic beds, and where the barbecue is also found and the Spanish oven to enjoy cooking abroad.
- A outdoor parking area, and a garage in which to leave the car.
In addition, the house has security system connected to the plant, and offers you a welcome kit and bicycles to make your vacations much more comfortable.

We are three brothers the owners of this houses that there in 2016 decided to exploit it as a holiday house. It was always a very familiar house and, so that it would continue to be, what better to share it with guests. We take care of her with love and always seek that this family and cheerful spirit prevails in the house.
It is a family accommodation with large rooms all of them with bathroom and dressing room included in addition to mountain views. Common areas are also wide to enjoy friends or family in the heat of the fireplace or enjoying the wonderful views of the house to the hermitage of Hontanares, the port of the quesera and the pinilla.
It is a house that is very well equipped and does not lack detail for your enjoyment.
Near the house at 5 minutes walk is Riaza, a villa with a very beautiful historical set, contemplate the Plaza Mayor Porticada, its typical streets, its houses, its balconies and with its arcades supported by stone or wood columns that guarded the townspeople from the people of the inclement weather. Its place, which sometimes hosts events of all kinds, from bullfights to cuts, dances, popular festivals and other events.
Around Riaza is the Pinilla, the port of the Quesera and the Hayedo de la Pedrosa, Cerquita is also the hermitage of Hontanares and from the viewpoint of the Plain Peñas which is also known as the Mirador de Castilla, in clear days one can see five different provinces: Burgos, Guadalajara, Madrid, Soria and Segovia.
