Our rural house is located 500 meters from the urban center of Montemayor, a municipality located in the heart of the Cordoban countryside, just 30 km from the capital.
The newly built house is surrounded by a vineyard whose surface area reaches 20,000 meters2: an oasis of calm and silence where you can rest as you deserve.
The house distributes its interior rooms over a single floor, and has the capacity to welcome groups of up to 8 guests.

- 4 double bedrooms. Each bedroom is decorated with a unique style and personality, but its equipment is similar, since they all have 2 single beds, and rustic-style furniture.
- 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a hot tub, where you can immerse yourself in foam with your partner; el otro, dispone de ducha, con columna de hidromasaje.
- Living room-dining room. It is a room designed in detail, with elements and utensils from the countryside decorating every corner. In it, you will find a space with a leather sofa facing the fireplace, and a more separate room where the dining table is located.
- Kitchen. It is American style, so you can cook while chatting with your companions. It is provided with basic kitchenware and appliances to cook like at home.
- Garden, with furniture to rest and breathe the fresh air.
- Swimming pool, to relieve the high summer temperatures.
- Parking, where you can leave your car safely.
